M-4 Construction and Maintenance Services is a 19 year old company established April 1988, owned by Engr. Leonardo B. Mercado, a Professional Mechanical Engineer. The company caters to the construction needs of the south Luzon area; it is an expert in the construction of telecommunication towers, OSP and ISP work, mechanical, electrical, structural and civil projects. Through the years, M-4 established a reputation of delivering good quality and on-time completion of projects. Thus, M-4 is the company of choice among the big industries at the South Luzon area as a reliable general contractor.


M-4 is strategically located at San Pascual, Batangas where most of the heavy industries, refineries and chemical plants are near. Nonetheless the company is capable of doing work anywhere in the Philippines as exemplified in their contracts with various telecommunication operators.
