The Company recently completed the Repair of the Bulkhead at Bauan International Port Inc.
(BIPI). This is a 314 meter long shotcreting project. This project proved particularly
challenging due to the changing tides of the ocean. Schedule of activities were governed by
the level of ocean water. Nonetheless the project was completed with high marks on quality
and execution gaining praise from the officers of the company.

The company just completed the construction of Liquid Oxygen Tank supports and foundation
at the Ingasco Plant in San Jose Batangas. The project was ahead of its planned completion.

The Telecom Group is currently busy in their Next Generation Network (NGN) - AG Projects
with PLDT. The group was initially given eight projects located in Sto. Tomas area in the
province of Batangas. These projects involved installation of fiber-optic cables as well as
copper cables, erection of poles and messenger wires, and other OSP work. They are also
involved in the immediate restoration of cable systems damaged by super typhoons in
Batangas and Cavite area. The group is also doing repairs work of telephone lines that were
reported to be out of service. Because of the quality of work and on time delivery of
projects done, PLDT included M-4 among contractors to be given projects on the NGN
expansion on the Batangas area.

The company is very active in its contracts with Smart Communications Inc. in the
construction and repair of cell towers in the South Luzon Area. Repairs are mainly due to
the recent wave of super typhoons that afflicted most of the South Luzon. The company has
positioned itself to quickly react to the rigorous demand of cellsite construction and
repair that Smart Project managers has regarded M-4 as a reliable partner in the drive to
provide excellent service in the south Luzon area

Recently completed is the design and construct project with Ingasco in their MG2600
Nitrogen Generator Plant at JG Summit Petrochemical Corp.

Smart, in its roll-out of cellsite projects for 2007, initially awarded two projects in the
Mindoro area, one (1) in Tayabas, Quezon. More projects are expected to be awarded in the
upcoming months.
