The company is currently executing various Site development roll-out, Cellsite facilities rehabilitation, Facilities upgrading and Tower retro fittings works in various provinces in South of Luzon with Smart Communications. Teaming up with the skillful, reliable and knowledgeable personnel within the M4CMSI group it is anticipated that these projects will be timely accomplished.

High level of technical expertise and commitment is expected to be delivered from the new awarded projects with Globe Telecom. It consisted of a nationwide installation of clean agent fire protection system in their facilities using Argonite Technology. The project comprises of design, installation of mechanical pipings, civil works, structural works, electrical system, supply of argonite system, testing and commissioning.

The electrical group executed and completed ahead of schedule various DLC electrical system upgrade with Globe Telecom in South of Luzon and NCR area. It was expected to have more of these projects to be awarded due to prime performance exerted by the group

Recently completed the design and construction of Nitrogen Plant with Ingasco Incorporated at NPC-A Plant facilities located at Batangas II, Mariveles Bataan. With unpredictable weather occurrence in the area, it challenges the time frame of completion. But the combined effort of the construction team and the engineering group proved that their solidarity prevails, they worked day and night to comply with the work schedule and later completed the project on-time.

Recently completed construction of two radar station located at Sabang, Puerto Galera and Tingloy, Batangas. These challenges the construction group as the proposed facilities were constructed at the mountainous part the island of Tingloy and treacherous part of Puerto Galera. These projects comprises of site development, four legged tower foundation, tower erection and construction of a three storey buildings.
